What Will You Learn

This course is divided into four modules, each consisting of a case study. The modules, which become progressively challenging, take you through the following data analysis phases:

 

• Objective Setting                              Identifying the projects objectives in business and technical terms.	• Data Integrity                                         Ensuring that the data does not contain corrupt elements and that the table layout  is correctly constructed. Testing for control totals, bounds, completeness, uniqueness, data relationships, and reliability.
• Planning                                                      Determining the steps necessary to achieve objectives.	• Analysis                                                                     Analyzing data to reveal exceptions
• Acess                                                                 Gaining physical and logical access by identifying location and format of required data.	• Reporting                                                              Preparing the results for formal presentation.
